BOOKING REQUIREMENTS
Fees are charged on a daily basis and include the day of arrival and departure. Any days booked but not used to to coming in later or early collection will be charged for.

A deposit of £20 per pen/hutch is required when booking (Christmas/New Year non-refundable) along with written confirmation (by letter/email) of dates within 1 week of booking. Regular boarders are welcome to leave a "permanent" deposit on hold. Please enclose S.A.E. for receipt to be sent. Cancellations within 2 weeks of start of booking will forfeit deposit, cancellations within 24 hours of start will be charged full boarding fees.

Discounted rates are available for stays of over 28 days when 50% is paid at start of booking. Bookings over 8 weeks will be asked for interim payments.

Payment is due on collection pet and is welcome by Cash or Cheque or Credit/Debit Cards.
