Please note that on Friday 12th we will only be open in the afternoon 4-6pm. If this is likely to cause a problem please get in touch to make the necessary arrangements to fit in with you.

Please note that although we have Pets in over the Festive Season we are closed for dropping off and collecting cats on certain days/times.

Cat Protection Collecting point
We are pleased that we now have a Cat Protection box in our Reception so if you have any unwanted cat food or other cat items that the Rescue can make use of please bring them in and place in the large yellow/blue Collection Box.
We are also happy to collect unwanted items that can be used for sale in their Charity Shop in st Johns, Worcester such as bric-a brac, unwanted gifts, books, clean & good condition clothing etc but not electrical goods.

We are really pleased to announce that this year our customers have raised a fantastic amount of £105.46 in the donations box in our reception which has been received by the Worcester Branch of the Cats Protection. Thankyou to everyone who has contributed.
If you have any unwanted cat food/accessories they can use or good qualitly items for sale in their Charity shop in St John's, Worcester that you would like to donate to them we are happy to collect it and take it into the shop on your behalf.

Please note Cosy Cats issues these numbers as suggestions to contact not specifically as a recommendation and it is up to people to check all conditions of contract etc., with the rescue, and that they do re-home in your area. If you hear of any others we can include please let us know.

CREDIT & DEBIT CARDS NOW ACCEPTED
We are pleased to announce we now accept Credit & Debit Card payments for the Cattery & Shop. We do charge a transaction fee (£1 under £100 spend / £2 over £100 spend)for this service but think it will be beneficial to many of our customers.
This will make it easier for paying deposits as customers can give their details over the telephone then follow uo confirmation of dates by email which will be replied to by us.This is a lot better than the existing system of sending a cheque and a letter with the dates on. However for those not wanting to use their cards the old system is still operational.
In the shop it will make it easier for mail order supplies as potential customers from all over the world are welcome to contact us with enquiries about products which if we can source for them we are happy to post internationally.

Data Protection Act & Vets
We are asking all our customers to notify their Veterinary Practice that their pets stay with us from time to time and that they give permission to their Vet, that if we contact them regarding the health of their pet regarding boarding, that they have permission to divulge necessary information to us at Cosy Cats.

ONLINE SHOP
We are now selling many items from the shop online at our ebay shop COSY CATS SHOP http://stores.ebay.co.uk/cosycatsshop All goods listed are in stock and can be paid for by cheque,postal order, credit/debit cards using the PAYPAL service or can be purchased and collected in person.

MYXAMATOSIS
Please note that all rabbits that come to board (even indoor rabbits) will have to be vaccinated against Myxamatosis. Contact us or your vet for advice.


GENERAL CATTERY CLOSURES ON BANK HOLIDAYS
Please note that whilst we have pets in over Bank Holidays we are closed to customers on Bank Holidays (except good Friday).


CAT PROTECTION COLLECTION
Lyn Glaze from Worcester Cat Protection has emptied the collecting box from our counter and the grand sum of £55.69 has been raised. A big thankyou to everyone who has put their change etc in and lets see if we can beat it.

TECHNOLOGY
A very exiting development for us was the creation of our Website back in 1998. Our dear friends Steve and Mandy from Ramsgate had set up their own business and did a great job with the photographs we took and information we provided. Now we have our own domain name. 11 YEARS ON Believe it or not on November 29th 2003 we celebrated 11 years since we started Cosy Cats. We have made a great many friends in these years and shared a lot of happiness and also sadly some sorrow with many owners. We started with an ideal to provide care for people's pets the way we would like our own to be looked after and from feedback we are proud to realise that we have achieved this.
Over the years we have added the 4 new Deluxe Pens which have proved very popular and from starting out selling just the odd bag of litter or carrier we now carry a larger range of items in the Shop along with a catalogue of 10,000+ items on CD-Rom, mostly with pictures, of goods that can be ordered in store not just for cats but any pets. We also have orders for items from all over the country sent out by post.
We would like to say a big THANKYOU to all our customers for their business and continued support over the past decade and look forward to the next.
